Meaningful Monday
In collaboration with Liberated Wellness, join us for a new biweekly event series, Meaningful Monday.
Every other Monday this spring, we’ll be gathering (virtually) for meditation, reflection, and mindful movement with Trauma-Informed Empowerment Coach, Jasmine Gonlin and Integrative Coach, Dr. Suzan Ahmed. If you’ve been wanting to connect with conscious community in a trauma-informed safe space, this is your invitation.
Join us Mondays for:
Meditation
Group check-in
Education
Mindful movement
Community connection + reflection
No yoga or meditation experience required.
The intention is to create a space that is safe and accessible. Please come as you are and show up wherever you may be (at work, at home, in transit, etc.) As long as you have a way to tune in, we would love to have you join us in connection!
Out of respect for the time and energy poured into these experiences, a donation of at least $11.11 per event is suggested.
Note: Liberated Wellness strives for all events to be accessible. Should you find yourself experiencing financial hardship and unable to cover the suggested donation, please email sheliberated@gmail.com for assistance.
While topics are related, please note this is not necessarily a sequenced series. Each ticket can be purchased separately and attendance at one event is not a prerequisite for attendance at future events. Please choose which date(s) work best for you. Note that times are in PST.
May you have the courage to liberate yourself.
Be well.
💛
